Job Description • Data entry of purchase orders and editing performas. • Handle inventory and purchase office supplies. • Negotiate pricing with vendors. • Set up contracts with new vendors. • Initiate and support the continual improvement of Keystone Automotive Industries' quality improvement system. • Assumes other duties as assigned. Requirements Education & Experience: • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent preferred. • Experience with Unix system desired. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well with others. Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: • This position requires sitting, standing, bending, and lifting. Must be able to work under conditions of frequent interruptions and be attentive to details. Machines, Equipment, and Software: • Computer, 10-key, multi-user telephone systems, copier, fax machine, Internet, and Microsoft Office.
