Purpose: The Manager, Operations is responsible for investigating distribution center inventory issues and discrepancies and making necessary adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy. The Manager Operations manages a team consisting of an Inventory Control Coordinator and a Lead Ticketing Clerk Essential Functions: Track and balance out inventory from the warehouse management system to the inventory financial system. Manage and review cycle count by location in distribution center and take action to resolve discrepancies outside of tolerance. Provide overall direction and support for team and monitor and assess individual work in accordance with high standards of excellence; provide feedback and coaching; support opportunities for development; complete and deliver performance appraisals; take corrective action when appropriate; and participate in hiring and retention decisions.
