Job Description Summary Reporting to the Plant Manager with dotted line responsibility to WW PAS CI Leader to define, prioritize, and implement project strategy. Will lead teams and negotiate for resources and lead Cost-to-Win (Continuous Improvement and Lean Enterprise Initiatives) cost reduction projects to a successful and timely completion. Job Description The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to: Responsible for the planning, implementation, and execution of all Cost-to-Win activities at the Site. Responsible for working with and collaborating with other CI Managers and plants outside of their home base site as needed for continuous improvement.
