The role of Buyer has been created to centralize and maximize the purchasing function at Red River. In this position, a new team member will gain the foundational knowledge of our purchasing function by working with our business systems protocols, and team lead to master the Buyer role. Primary Position Tasks: To fill all of the post-sale administrative functions on all Supply Chain Department sales orders. (shop, process, order, track, invoice, issue resolution as needed) RMA processing on orders handled by Supply Chain Department and converting them to "a positive" Detailed communication with sales teams and operations on the status of open orders Assist in Sales to Accounting communication Streamline and maximize Red River's buying power Assist in Red River asset procurement Assist in maintaining internal documentation to adhere to company and governmental policies Build and maintain strong relationships with all our vendors Other business duties as assigned...
