Description Salary: Dependent on Experience JOB OVERVIEW Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Restaurant Operations & Prepared Foods, the Prepared Foods Category Manager performs the following duties: TYPICAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Tracks and measures sales and profitability of assigned lines and performs analysis to determine impact on overall category profitability. Creates and manages food recipe costs, yields, sales and profitability Collaborates with distributors, vendors and suppliers on new items to maximize sales/profits for the department.
