Job Summary The Plant Manager directs the production of concrete and of structural and architectural precast concrete products, leads production and quality control teams, develops productions schedules and oversees the design, implementation and analysis of concrete mix designs. This position also works with management to develop and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures and ensure product quality and consistency.
