Location: Davie, Florida The Distribution Fulfillment Manager is responsible for directing the fulfillment activities of the DC. This includes the supervision and proper utilization of space, equipment and manpower. Key responsibilities include DC standard work, productivity, distribution and selection of orders via Lucas System, management of order pickers, in all DC areas, customer compliance, safety, accuracy, housekeeping, key performance indicators (metrics). Essential Duties: Supervise processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operation & utilization of the pick areas Drive workflow in the DC, including readily available product, stocking, picking, and administrative activities to ensure objectives are met in an efficient manner.
