Job Description Director of Plant Operations MAJOR PURPOSE : Responsible for all aspects of building and grounds maintenance. Ensures that the facility's physical plant remains in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations. Responsible for facility's Emergency Preparedness Plan. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS : Oversees all aspects of the physical plant, mechanically and structurally, inside and out. Understands all aspects of plumbing including high and low pressure steam.
