On a daily basis, the finished good's purchasing agent is responsible for buying assigned buy lines, negotiating prices, return goods authorizations, RGA follow-ups, review product mixes, answering associates and customer product inquiries, trouble shooting products, communicating with manufactures and reps to stock the most desirable products, product and file maintenance, suggest stocking products and/or change in product mix and price updates.
