Opportunity Overview Johns Manville's Phenix City, AL plant is looking for an MRO Buyer. This position is responsible for communicating and supporting JM core values and delivering the JM experience. This position is also responsible for meeting facility targets for safety and maintenance spending and MRO inventory. He/she will conduct effective problem solving, troubleshoot process and participate in the development of corrective actions. The purpose of the MRO Buyer role is to minimize total maintenance and operations cost by controlling MRO and maintenance spend. This work is performed in conjunction with anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of manpower, parts, material, and equipment access.
