Position Summary... What you'll do... Market Analysis: Performs complex customer and KPI analyses to identify customer opportunities within different customer segments. Leverages insights on customer demographics and behaviors and makes recommendations to category managers and directors regarding the best way to use e-commerce marketing tactics to drive existing and future customers to new categories. Performs high-level review of in-depth customer preference/cohort behavior analyses, as well as, competitor and site analyses to develop insights on the competition and identify marketing opportunities to enhance effectiveness for multiple categories. Category Marketing Strategy: Drafts category marketing strategy and ensures alignment with Walmart's overall business strategy and objectives.
