Job Duties: Provides direct leadership, guidance and direction to the campus Inventory Control Managers and Directors to ensure they comprehend, develop and report on improvement plans for each account in their control Chairs weekly calls with regional executive leaders to review results and monitor progress on key performance indicators Determines the priority and timing of the Inventory Control program roll-out in their region and provides on-site support to ensure the program is adopted and being utilized on a daily basis Performs operational reviews both on-site and systematically to ensure accounts are using the best practices and methods to ensure accurate location inventory exists Proactively identifies problem accounts and shares detailed findings with local and regional leadership Drives a culture of process improvement by holding weekly defect meetings with their accounts until the account sustains this process on their own.
