Description Job Title: Culinary Purchasing/Inventory Control Manager Supervisor: General Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Summary The primary purpose of this position is to develop processes and procedures to ensure that the central kitchen has the food, supplies and materials needed to meet the demands of client orders. This Manager is responsible for all storeroom related activity, inventory control, purchasing and requisition procedures.
