Interviewing at Amazon

Our application and interview process differs from role to role, but the main ways we get to know you are through your online application, phone interviews, and in-person interviews. We use behavioral-based interviewing to learn about how you handle various employment-related situations, solve problems, think big, and align with Amazon's Leadership Principles.
