We're hiring a reliable, experienced, Full-Time Procurement Manager to support our Deerfield, FL office!

Position Summary:

The person in this position will be responsible for providing direct support to the Head of Procurement, Services, Fleet, Real Estate & Facilities, in all the previously mentioned needs and services, for Prosegur US Business and Corporate Services team, located in Deerfield, FL.

The Manager will be the direct support to the implementation of action plans, introducing innovative concepts of services and in competitive market conditions.

Qualifications:
  • Education: University Degree in Engineering or Economics.
  • Relevant work experience: 5 year's experience in a similar position.
  • Languages: native English; Spanish as the second language highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive search for new opportunities to reduce costs and improve the current services

Procurement: Prominently, carry out negotiations and contracts related to:
  • Telecommunication services (mobile lines, land lines, connectivity solutions,...)
  • Vehicles fleet rentings / leasings
  • Facility services (power supplies, maintenances, cleaning services,...)
  • Real Estate negotiations (rents, investments in facilities, facilities works/projects,...)
  • Consultancy services
  • Other general goods and services (stationery, couriers, internal bag,...)
  • IT goods and services (computers, mobiles, display equipments...)
  • Electronic Articles Surveillance (tags; systems; labels; detachers and deactivators; special services) Security systems

Professional Services management: carrying out implementation and optimization of:
  • Telecommunications expense management.
  • Travel management.
  • General corporate services.

Fleet management: support to negotiations, contract, and management of:
  • Vehicles needed for the Business and Corporate Fleet.

Real Estate & facilities management: support to negotiations, contract, and management of:
  • Electrical power supplies.
  • Real Estate Development (Capex) and portfolio optimization.
  • Coordination of projects (constructions, civil Works, etc.)
  • Cooperating with the relationship with internal customers. Understand the objectives and determine the needs of the businesses and support areas. Achieve agreements on the required service levels.
  • Complying with the Corporate Rules, Standards, and Ethics Code.
  • Develop and analyze the cost structure of facility services to value possible market alternatives to reduce operational costs and improve services.
