What You'll Do:

As the Global Supply Planner, you will be managing the MRP for specific category and product families. You will have an understanding between the balance of optimizing inventory through effective planning, cash management, and product life cycle process. You will have knowledge of the inputs and outputs of company's supply and demand by working with internal planning, operations, and finance teams as well as external vendor partners.

How You'll Help Us Win:
  • Create Traeger warehouse-specific Purchase Order decisions on the factory. Own placing Purchase Orders on the factory to protect Traeger cash, revenue and EBIT goals
  • Own inventory policy and set Safety Stock levels by SKU. Own companywide inventory goals and inventory forecast. Balance inventory across warehouses with the goal of zero intercompany warehouse moves
  • Own Excess and Obsolete inventory policy and reduction process. Work with sales to drive down E&O
  • Create Vendor facing forecasts for vendors and hold monthly forecasting reviews
  • Own Capacity tracking by SKU/By factory. Hold vendor responsible for capacity and any shortages. Create early warning to potential vendor shortages
  • Work Closely with Demand Planners to measure forecast accuracy
  • Assist in the S&OP process by contributing data and assessing risks and opportunities
  • Participate in NPI process and go to market planning through commercialization to launch

What You'll Need To Succeed:
  • Strong Excel and Data manipulation skills
  • MRP & EPR experience required
  • Organizational skills balancing the needs of ops, sales, and finance goals
  • Excellent communication with external and internal customers around forecasting process
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of time internationally
